Who is responsible?

CSO as a Service is a service of Firm of the Future BV, Utrechtseweg 263, 6862 AK Oosterbeek, the Netherlands, Chamber of Commerce number 68936745. Firm of the Future is the controller of your personal data. Questions about privacy can be sent to info@firmofthefuture.nl.

Which data do we process?

If you request an introduction through the form, we receive your name, email address, phone number, optionally your organisation, and what you write about your challenge.

With every visit, our hosting provider records technical data such as your IP address and browser type. This is needed to keep the site secure and working; we do not use it to track you.

For what purpose and on what basis?

We only use the data from the form to contact you about your request, schedule an introduction and, where relevant, make a proposal. The legal basis is taking steps at your request prior to a possible contract. We process the technical data on the basis of our legitimate interest in a secure, well-functioning site.

How long do we keep it?

No longer than necessary. If your request does not lead to a collaboration, we delete your data no later than twelve months after our last contact. If we do work together, the retention periods for our client records apply, including statutory retention obligations.

Who do we share data with?

We do not sell your data or share it for marketing. We work with two service providers that process data on our behalf: Vercel, which hosts the site, and Resend, which delivers the messages from the form as email to us and to you. Both companies are based in the United States. Data is only transferred there with the safeguards required by the GDPR, such as the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

Cookies

This site places no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising services. The fonts are served from our own server, so no data goes to third parties for those either. That is why we never ask for cookie consent.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict processing, to object and to data portability. To exercise these rights, email info@firmofthefuture.nl; we will respond within one month.

If you are not satisfied with how we handle your data, you can lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl).
